Service Scope and Eligibility

5566VPN provides cross-border access and international route connectivity across 120+ countries / 160+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The regions, route types, protocols and client entry points available at any given time are shown in the user panel.

The service is designed to improve connection paths between different networks. Actual performance may be affected by your location, access network, the status of the destination service, your device environment and congestion on public networks. The route directory may change due to maintenance, resource allocation or changes to destination services, so availability for a region or route may vary over time.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to register; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your login credentials secure and remain responsible for connections, orders and settings made under your account. Do not publish, rent out or resell your credentials, or provide them to others as a shared service. If your credentials may have been exposed, change your password promptly and review your account status.

Monthly subscriptions include: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages include: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB. They remain available until used and never expire. Subscriptions support unlimited simultaneous devices, but only for the account holder’s reasonable personal use. They may not be used for resale, third-party activation or public sharing.

Check the plan, traffic allowance and payment details before submitting an order. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are currently supported. The confirmed order status shown in the user panel governs the final payment result.

Acceptable Use Requirements

You must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in your location and in the location you access, as well as the usage rules of relevant websites, apps and platforms. You may not use the service to infringe others’ rights, distribute unlawful content, access systems without authorization, disrupt network operations, send malicious traffic, commit fraud or engage in other unlawful activities.

You are responsible for determining whether particular content, platforms or network activity is permitted in your location. 5566VPN provides connectivity and network acceleration capabilities; it does not authorize content that you choose to access, upload, download or transmit, nor does providing connectivity make 5566VPN the publisher or controller of that content.

Service Availability and Liability

5566VPN maintains and schedules routes according to their status, but internet infrastructure, carrier networks, device systems, third-party platforms and events beyond its control may cause interruptions, speed changes or temporary inaccessibility. Some features may be suspended or changed when required for security maintenance, route adjustments or system updates.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 5566VPN is not liable for indirect losses caused by device failures, incorrect configurations, changes to third-party services, public network issues or your violation of these terms. Keep important materials backed up and confirm that you have a recovery plan before changing your system network settings. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Account Restrictions, Termination and Changes

If an account is used for unlawful activity, network attacks, subscription resale, public credential sharing, avoiding normal charges or repeated disruption of service operations, 5566VPN may restrict relevant routes, suspend the account or terminate the service based on the level of risk. Before or after taking action, 5566VPN may require necessary account verification or ask you to stop the prohibited conduct. These measures do not affect rights you may have under applicable law.

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service, compliance requirements or features. The updated text will be posted on this page with the latest update date. Changes that materially affect user rights or responsibilities will be announced on the website or through the user panel. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. If you disagree, you may stop using the service and address any outstanding subscription matters.

Refunds and Dispute Resolution

You may request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of your first payment. Submit the request through the user panel so the relevant account, order and payment status can be verified. Refunds are processed against the actual payment record for the original order; the time to receive funds may depend on the payment channel’s processing procedures.

If you have questions about an order status, traffic calculation, account restriction or refund, submit a ticket through the user panel with the order details and explanation directly relevant to the issue. Both parties should first review and resolve the matter based on these terms, user panel records and applicable law.
